1. البيانات التى نجمعها

أ) بيانات بتقدّمها أنت

بيانات الحساب: الاسم، البريد الإلكترونى، صورة الملف الشخصى (من Google Sign-In)، الدولة، العملة المفضّلة.
بيانات السيارات: الماركة، الموديل، سنة الصنع، اللون، رقم اللوحة، رقم الهيكل (VIN)، نوع الوقود، سعة الخزان، الكيلومترات الحالية.
سجلات الصيانة: نوع الصيانة، التاريخ، الكيلومترات، التكلفة، الفاتورة، ملاحظات.
سجلات الوقود: التاريخ، الكمية، السعر، المحطة (اختيارى).
المستندات: صور رخصة السيارة/القيادة، التأمين، الفحص الدورى (محفوظة مشفرة على السيرفر).
التذكيرات: مواعيد خدمة، فحص، تأمين، تراخيص.
المنظمات (للمشتركين): اسم الشركة، الأعضاء، صلاحيات كل عضو.

ب) بيانات بتتسجّل تلقائياً

بيانات تقنية: نوع الجهاز، نظام التشغيل، إصدار التطبيق، لغة الجهاز.
سجل الأنشطة: تواريخ تسجيل الدخول، آخر استخدام، الإشعارات المرسلة.
الاشتراكات: نوع الباقة، حالة الاشتراك، تاريخ التجديد، عبر Google Play Billing (احنا ما بنشوفش بيانات البطاقة أبداً).

ج) بيانات اختيارية (بموافقتك)

الموقع الجغرافى: فقط عند تفعيل خاصية «تتبّع الرحلات» يدوياً. الموقع بيتسجّل محلياً على الجهاز وعلى حسابك، ومش بيتشارك مع أى طرف تانى.
الكاميرا والصور: لرفع صور المستندات فقط لما تختار.
الإشعارات: لإرسال تذكيرات الصيانة. تقدر توقفها من إعدادات الجهاز فى أى وقت.

2. كيف نستخدم البيانات

تشغيل وتقديم خدمات التطبيق (حفظ وعرض سجلاتك).
إرسال تذكيرات الصيانة والتأمين فى المواعيد اللى حدّدتها.
التحقّق من الاشتراكات النشطة وإدارة صلاحيات الباقة.
تقديم تقارير وإحصائيات (مصاريف، استهلاك وقود، رحلات).
التواصل معك بخصوص تحديثات التطبيق أو الأمان عند الضرورة.
تحسين التطبيق واكتشاف الأعطال (بيانات مجهّلة المصدر).
الامتثال للمتطلبات القانونية عند طلبها رسمياً.

CarLog ("the App", "we") helps you manage your personal vehicles or company fleet: maintenance logs, fuel, documents, trips, and subscriptions. Your privacy matters to us. This page explains what data we collect, how we use and protect it, and how you can control it.

By using the App you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Data we collect

a) You provide

Account: name, email, profile photo (via Google Sign-In), country, currency.
Vehicles: make, model, year, color, plate, VIN, fuel type, tank, odometer.
Maintenance logs: type, date, mileage, cost, invoice, notes.
Fuel logs: date, quantity, price, station (optional).
Documents: photos of license/insurance/inspection (stored encrypted).
Reminders: service, inspection, insurance, renewals.
Organizations (for subscribers): company name, members, permissions.

b) Collected automatically

Technical: device, OS, app version, language.
Activity: sign-in dates, last use, notifications.
Subscriptions: plan, status, renewal dates, via Google Play Billing (we never see card details).

c) Optional (with consent)

Location: only when you manually enable "Trip tracking". Stored on your device and account only.
Camera/Photos: only for uploading documents.
Notifications: to send reminders. Disable anytime in device settings.

2. How we use data

Operate and provide app features (store and display your logs).
Send maintenance and insurance reminders on scheduled times.
Verify active subscriptions and manage plan permissions.
Provide reports and statistics (expenses, fuel consumption, trips).
Communicate with you about updates or security when needed.
Improve the app and detect issues (anonymized data).
Comply with legal requirements when officially requested.

⚠️ We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers outside Google's official ecosystem.

3. Storage & security

Database: Cloudflare D1 (encrypted, globally distributed).
Sessions: Cloudflare KV with signed JWT tokens.
Files/images: encrypted and linked to your account only.
Transport: all connections over HTTPS (TLS 1.3).
Authentication: via Google Sign-In — we never store passwords.

4. Third-party services

Google Sign-In identity verification
Google Play Billing subscriptions & payments
Firebase Cloud Messaging push notifications
Cloudflare hosting & database
Google AdMob ads for free users only

5. Ads

Free users may see ads from Google AdMob, which follow Google's privacy policy and may use an Advertising ID. You can reset or opt out via device settings. Paid subscribers see no ads.

6. Data retention

We retain your data while your account is active.
On account deletion, all your data is removed within 30 days of confirmation.
Some operational logs (payment, security) are retained longer per applicable law.

7. Your rights

Access: view all your data inside the app.
Correction: edit any inaccurate data.
Deletion: delete your account and all data from Settings → Account → Delete account.
Export: export your logs as PDF from within the app.
Control: manage notifications and location via device or app settings.

8. Children

The app is not directed to children under 13. If we become aware of collecting data from a child without parental consent, we will delete it immediately.

9. Policy changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be published on this page with a new date. Continued use of the app means acceptance of the updated policy.
